I do have a system to determine price for custom websites, but can also work toward options within your budget as well. Please provide as much detail as possible about your church, your vision for the site and your potential budget so that I can better let you know the options that I can provide for you that are closest to that budget point. #1 - Custom Blog Launch
Using Wordpress software we will install and customize a blog for your church or ministry. Whether you are needing to communicate with church members, volunteers, staff or the community, a custom blog is a great solution. Your new blog website is extremely easy to update by your or even a volunteer from anywhere in the world. Your blog readers will be able to subscribe to new posts and information using email using www.Feedburner.com [just like the email subscription for on the right on this page] or using a blog reader such as Google Reader. This is a great choice for a Pastor's Blog, Upcoming Events Blog or it can even be used as your church website.
You will also receive the Wordpress Customization Tutorial videos, MP3's and PDF for free. These step by step tutorials will allow you, staff or a volunteer to easily learn to make updates and changes to the blog such as changing out graphics on the site.

#2 - Podcast and Blog Development and Launch
The following is included in our Podcast Development & Launch Package.
Complete Wordpress installation and customization is included in this package and necessary to develop the podcast.
Webhosting - Currently 1500 GB of storage and 15,000 GB of transfer or bandwidth for downloads. You could use this site to develop your church website or a secondary site for another use within your church.
Wordpress and Feedburner Setup - In order to create the podcast feed you will need a blog account [we use Wordpress] and a Feedburner account that converts the feed to RSS so Itunes can properly pick it up. We will set up the accounts and tag your feed so Itunes can read it properly.
Podcast Graphic Creation - It is a good idea to have your church logo integrated into the podcast feed. We will take your logo and convert it into the correct size and format for the podcast.
Podcast Submission to Itunes.com - We will submit your feed to Itunes so it will be accessible in their podcast directory.
Upload your First Audio - We will also upload your first audio for free into your podcast feed and walk you through the steps to upload on your own from that point on or we can upload for you for a fee of $25 per audio.
Access, Usernames and Passwords to your new Website, Wordpress, Feedburner and Itunes Accounts - We will provide you with all of your accounts information so you will be set up to podcast in the future.

#3 - Custom Website Design and Development

Graphic Creation - You will receive custom graphics for your site.
Email List and sign up box Integration - We use a custom blog and www.Feedburner.com to setup an email list. Each time you post new information to the blog those who have signed up will receive an email that contains that information.
Blog Setup for Event Promotion - I can help update the site after it is created. The cost is listed in the next section below. But for information updates that need to happen on a weekly and monthly basis I suggest using a simple blog that I will link to from the site to keep people connected to current events. A volunteer or staff member can easily keep it updated whenever you would like. You will have complete access to the blog with username and password. This is very easy to use and you will receive the Wordpress Customization Tutorial videos, audio and text that will show you exactly how to use Wordpress to communicate with your church and community through the blog.
Site Updates - Due to the time consuming nature of web updating, the charge for site updates after the site is completed is $50 per hour with a minimum charge of $25 [half hour] per updating session. My recommendation for the site is to make the site basic and have interaction and updates through the blog and/or podcast which will mean you will not need as many updates if any as you will be able to update it either yourself or with staff and volunteers.
